All control cabinets are fully manufactured in-house and tested on our own turbine test bench before delivery. The test bench is designed to realistically test every possible turbine variant. Installed drives are actively operated, actuators are controlled, and all sensors provide real feedback to the control system. The generator is also driven at the test bench, allowing realistic simulation and full testing of grid synchronization. In this context, grid-relevant functions such as power factor control, load regulation, and the interaction between turbine, generator, and grid connection point can be tested and optimized under real conditions. Through the complete mechanical and electrical test setup, all functions, control loops, and operating states are thoroughly tested and verified.
