For the active parts and windings, we rely on the proven quality of a renowned manufacturer. All other components – including the housing, shaft, bearings, and the complete mechanical design – are developed and manufactured entirely in-house.

Every generator is individually engineered for its intended project. This allows the housing, shaft, bearing arrangement, and all mechanical components to be precisely designed for the expected operating loads. The result is a particularly robust, durable, and high-quality generator with maximum efficiency for its specific application.

Before delivery, every generator undergoes comprehensive testing on our in-house test bench. These tests include dynamic balancing, verification of the runaway speed, and inspection of all grid-related functions and settings.

We also place the highest priority on the quality of the electrical equipment. For this reason, we exclusively use premium components and equip our generators with the Basler DECS-150 voltage regulator, a controller that is also widely used in large hydropower generators. All parameterization and commissioning settings are performed directly on the test bench together with the individual generator, ensuring that every unit is perfectly tuned, thoroughly tested, and ready for immediate operation upon delivery.

Our self-developed and in-house manufactured synchronous generators are already successfully operating in numerous hydropower plants, where they have proven their reliability, exceptionally smooth running characteristics, robust construction, and high efficiency.
